In The Zone Produce is family owned and operated farm using best practices to produce a quality product and the product will never be irradiated.

We are just starting up and are estimating sales to begin mid June 2014. Stay tuned!

Price will range from $5 to $8 a gram.

The initial four strains chosen for our first sales will be:

White Kush
Purple Candy
Hindu Kush
Green Ogopogo (GO)

As you can see, the original names of these strains are sometimes strange due to the fact that they were originally grown and distributed outside of mainstream science. What is important from the scientific perspective and the patient’s perspective is the cannabinoid and terpene profiles of the strains.

Because we are in the middle of growing these crops, they have not yet been tested for their cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) percentages. We plan on testing for several cannabinoids including CBD, THC, CBN, CBG as well as terpenes. Once the products are ready, they will each be tested completely and any cannabinoid and terpene information will be posted on this webpage.

In addition to the above strains, our plan is to grow a high CBD strain with very low THC such as the ‘Charlotte’s Web’ strain that was featured on a television documentary demonstrating its use in treating pediatric (childhood) epilepsy. A strain high in CBD and low in THC is suitable for patients seeking the medicinal benefits of CDB without the psychogenic effects of THC.

Our microbiologist will test each batch to ensure quality control and to test for microbiological contaminants.
